The hotel is conveniently located near Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station and various important places in Trivandrum. The dining experience offers a good variety of dishes, but the condition of the loungers and the absence of top-tier restaurants were notable downsides.

The hotel put us in a room with an already flooded bathroom and a king bed, which was not ready for us despite booking on the same day. The service felt homely and welcoming, although some staff were unprofessional and rude. The location is close to the Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station but lacks good dining options nearby. The dining experience, however, offered a good spread of both continental and local fare. Facilities were satisfactory, with notable good and bad aspects to consider.

The hotel rooms, though not large, were adequately equipped and did the job. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay despite the slight odor from cigarette smoke. The service was top-notch, with very courteous staff making check-in smooth and providing clean linen. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station and a 20-minute drive from the airport. However, the lack of good restaurants nearby forces guests to use the terrace restaurant. The dining experience was delightful with a good spread of local and other dishes available, ensuring I left with a filled belly and a happy face.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were of high standard, comparable to any in the world, offering great value for money. They are neat, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a well-stocked and reasonably priced minibar.
